This is feeling more like a remake in some ways then a remaster. I Honestly feel the same way right now and with the word being there’s Not been a fix for the load screens has me seriously concerned they game will launch with this is potentially permanently… during the reveal they did promise not to remove anything from the orginal D2 experince. we where also told that the mods we know of would still work. not having TCP/IP is a huge hit on the modding community many big mods need this in order to work. with the removal of TCP/IP i have lost alot of faith in it.
imo D2R is feeling like WC3R all over again. is they promised a ladder for WC3R, and as far as i know thats still not in the game like it was in the orginal. Only issue i have with no ladder at launch.
